    I don't see how anyone can get by without one. Even a program I'm watching "live" I'll get ten or so minutes behind on purpose, so I can FF through commercials. I do, however have to cut my phone off if I'm watching football or the likes, cause some asshole will send me text about a big play, TD or whatever, and ruin it for me. Plus, I love to pause, rewind, watch in slo-mo or catch something that was said, or I missed.

    My Canadian channel picks up the British feed

    I can watch practice on Speed channel , but Speed is blacked out for qualifying and the race up here
