Its all done. I got the letters after work today. Painted them and mounted them. There will be more photos tomorrow at the tacomaworld meet.

    Dig it...nicely done!
    $800 cheaper than a satoshi.

While it looks very good, it's no Satoshi...

Not knocking MadeMan's grill, just stating my opinion.

Yeah John, I get that....but my point is its $800 cheaper than buying a custom satoshi grille and looks 85% alike. If a 1" lip is worth $800, by all means. And I love a good satoshi.

It looks really good in person trust me. I love the way satoshi's look but this was cheap. The mesh cost $185, the letters were $45, and the paint and tape was $15. So for less than $250 bucks you get a really nice grill. How much is the 1 inch of back spacing really worth?

No way you are in Pleasanton! I work out of Pleasanton! Likewise brother, likewise. I'm digging that truck. Is that a Brutforce hybrid bumper I see there?

Pics of my truck at the meet. If you guys want ones of just the grill I can go out side and take more. I did gloss black. You can hardly see the letters sometimes but in one of the photos the sun hits them and it looks sick.

Grill looks awesome. I was pretty busy with the holidays and didn't get a chance to check back in on the thread. Unfortunately I didn't have the spare cash/time to put into putting one of these grills together. Big ups to Mademan925 for tackling this project. The grill looks awesome. As soon as I get the cash together (holidays were expensive this year haha) I'm definitely putting one of these together. I already have the letters just have to order the grillcraft now. Definitely a nice alternative to the expensive santoshi grille.

Yes it does come off. I'm going to leave it on for now.

I had been thinking about doing this for awhile. As soon as I saw the photoshop job of what it would look like I ordered the parts.

I was worried the white might look tacky. The black makes it look like a raptor grill.

Thanks. It was a fun project.

Man you have me really stoked after seeing your pics of it successfully being done. I've had a grillcraft grill for a while and just ordered the letters. Looks really good man, I'll post up a pic on here after I finish mine. Also on a SWDC haha
