I've been fighting this install since yesterday. The video makes it look like after you cut you just drop it in and start gluing. Not. The piece is too long, period. I ended up marking the back side with a china marker and cutting off the excess with snips. Now it sits pretty much flush with the grill, and should make the gluing process a lot easier.

Still fighting this POS. I've spent $60 on dumber stuff but this turd ranks right up there with them. Maybe I'm expecting too much?

Like I said, maybe I'm expecting too much. I just can't get it flush on the sides with zip-ties. I'll post some pics in the morning.

IMG_3347.jpg Reviving an old thread. Maybe I missed here and on the their video, but do the insert points at the bottom of the outer surround need to be cut off? Those tabs have no where to go.

Thanks. No need to remove the radiator. Just cover any areas you don’t want paint on. Like using newspaper to cover up the lights and such. Just a couple light coats of flat black from a can.
