    Shop just called with the same UCA install problem.. gonna remove the whole inner fender, says it will only take 45 mins per side.

    Welp, I didn't get into too great of detail the dudes at the shop but they said they pulled out the part of the inner fender that prevented the bolt from coming out. Only charged me an extra hour and a half but they had the truck an extra half a day. I'm happy.
