Hey guys, just put these on my truck and realized my truck seems to be steering itself at turns. Im sure someone has noticed this and I took it as a side effect of the increased distance from the wheel wells.. But if not anyone have a quick fix or an explanation??

Nope!! Getting it done tomorrow.. Brake lines and inspection getting done today. Would the camber have an impact on my wheel's ability to auto correct itself upon turning?

Alright guys got the truck back. The braking shake is gone. The steering shake while driving is there but a lot less than before. What I mean is usually when I would go 50-60 I always got the shake now its off and on. An improvement but not perfect. My rings come in tomorrow Ill be putting those on and once thats done I HOPE that they will be gone completely.

No mine is completely driveable obviously it does toe in so I need to fix that but it was cambered after my bilsteins about the same amount and never had the issue. But if it is the alignment then good. It's gonna get one done

Removed the Mud Flaps, Rock Deflectors and Head Rest. Limo Tint, I had 3" Toytec Lift, Procomp Nitrogen ES6000 shocks and Struts. AllPro UCA, AFE Pro Dry drop in filter, WeatherTecs. Now I have LR UCA's, Maxtrac Spindles, Eibach's, 5100's up front, Expos, 5160 for the rear, U Bolt Flip Kit, and Extended Brake lines.
MaxtracBob mentioned to balance your wheels with the hub rings if you haven't already. I dunn know why since the wheels go on a machine which would except all sizes????, I dunn know but couldn't hurt.

Keep us posted. Also where did you get your rings from?

    Good luck.

So this is my experience and what i did...i had ugly hug centric wheels from discount tire. I installed spindles...no wheel vibes...got new wheels...yay. Got them installed and balanced...horrible steering wheel vibes...i them researched and learned about hub rings...looked at my wheel specs and surely, 108mm hub...then i looked at my old wheel specs...106mm hub...because discount tire will not sell you anything that doesnt fit percfectly. So i bought the rings On ebay for $12 bucks...had a local shop install and rebalance wheels and my horrible vibes were gone...happy ending for me...this is my experience...and just sharing it with you guys in hopes that it helps...i never said you HAD to balance after the rings cus i have no idea if that was part of the fix or not but its what i did...good luck and hope it works for you vatos...i know how bad the vibes were...though i truly believe spindles have nothing to do with these vibes...simply because i got the vibes after the new wheels, not when the spindles were installed...

Thank you for that! I believe my are caused by the wheels as well, I actually read a case where a guy with the EXACT same truck as me and the EXACT same wheels had steering shakes and once he put the rings on they went away. I am pretty confident that the rings should do it for me. I bought mine on Amazon for 12 bucks. So They should be here Thursday and I will prob put them on that day. Ill let everyone know how it goes.

I know thats why Im not to worried about it. Hey I wanted to ask you because theirs alot of people saying they they put them on the hub and some say they put it on the wheel. Which did you do because I guess its easy to break these things.

Wheel. They should fit snuggly in the wheel without falling off..mine did..then just mount the wheel carefully ensuring the ring stays in place....
