I've searched and searched with little results, but my Nav seems to never have signal. Occasionally it works, sometimes I'll drive for over an hour and it still never gets service 99% of the time.

    My first guesses are:
    - Software Update
    - Possible broken or bad antenna? Any help with this?
    - Nav just sucks? A lot of OEM systems aren't the best

We rarely use it, but the searching for signal gets pretty annoying. Just wondering if there's anything I can check for peace of mind.

The 2012 JBL package with nav was a very sloppy system. It wouldn't surprise me if it is just giving up on you.

I had problems with my 2015 limited. The dealer did a software update it fixed everything.

Cool thanks guys. I assumed all of that, I've never been impressed with OEM systems from any company prior to the last couple of years. We never use it, phone GPS works much better anyway. And Waze shows cops :burnrubber:

I'll try for a dealer update FWIW
