The O-line didn't look to hot but then again our D-line is stacked. After the spring game it's looking like Tyler will get about 90% of the snaps with Dak being an above average 2nd string who will come in when tyler gets dinged up, winded, and maybe even on goal line situations.

I could see Mullen using Dak in some of those crazy formations Favre did last season while in the red zone.

Mullen does like Play Action and enjoys moving players around. He coached Tebow and was the Offensive Coordinator at Florida, I expect to see more and more creativity with his plays, especcially if he wants to win in the SEC.

Not at all...glad to see other SEC bros on here... btw, think Lattimore will be 100%? Usually don't fully recover from that, esp if he has eyes on the NFL...

Oh, don't know if would used "big cock fan"... just sayin...

Other fan bases like to ridicule us on the whole cock thing so I thought it would be nice to try and get it out of the way first.

As far as Lattimore, it sounds like he is 100% done with rehab and is working in the weightroom to try and regain some of the lost muscle mass. The ultimate test will come at the first game, but we have enough horses in the stable to pick up carries if he can't go full speed. Im really most worried about our WR corp and defensive secondary.

I would think the east is down to us and Georgia again. How is the 3-4 looking on defense going into its 3rd year under Grantham? Its going to be a BIGTIME game in October when UGA rolls into Columbia. I think Carolina and Georgia will both be top 10, undefeated teams.

They usually do! I hope Lattimore is ok (coming from a Dawg fan!) - I don't like to see injuries, but it is very rare when a player totally comes back from that kind of injury - it will depend if Spurrier leans on him too much again...

I think our D will be much better than last year. The line and LB's are solid - our secondary will be weak the first couple of games. I, for one, am glad that they moved Malcome to CB...

I think you are right - the OCT game is going to have all sorts of implications...and I agree, I can see us both being undefeated. Oh, when do ya'll get LSU?

we play @LSU the following week. Our schedule is absolutely brutal.

We play Georgia, @LSU, @Florida, Tennessee and Arkansas in a 5 week stretch.

Spurrier hopefully wont have to lean on Lattimore like he used to. If Shaw can get it going through the air we have quality backs in Miles and Wilds who filled in the 2nd half of the season last year. We also have some quality recruits but you never know what you get with freshman.

Damn, that is a tough one - don't think UT will be all that bad and who knows about arky...

One thing for sure, its going to be a hell of a game!

    The youtube clip.

The game between Ark and Miss State decides third, and with that shake up over with the hogs, I think Mullen will get the victory. But games aren't decided on paper or the internet. We'll see when the game comes around.

I hope Lattimore is healthy, but man...he destroyed us.

We were a top 5 defense for most of the second half of the year last year. We didn't really lose much except for the secondary. I expect to see a lot of deep balls against us the first couple of games, considering we don't have a secondary. I hope we make it to the game with the Cocks undefeated...but we know how the Dawgs have had a habit of not showing up in a few games...We'll see.

That schedule does suck, but I honestly don't expect Tennessee to contend again for a couple more years. Florida will probably be better than they were last year...but I don't expect them to be too great, either. (they still might beat us, whether they're good or not...it's that stupid psychological thing they've got over us for some reason). Arky is a toss-up, considering the "scandal" and whatnot. They'll still have the talent, so the new coach might be able to win with Petrino's players. The real challenge will come in a year or 2 to see if top recruits want to go to a team who has a coach that isn't really one of the "big name" coaches.
