I know most of you know how I feel about "black outs" and what not. It seems that the Razorbacks are going to bring a black-out on a regular basis....

    New Black Unis:

    nothing yet!
Im getting a lil pissed off with the big ten. Maybe Im misunderstanding this whole thing but they seem to be dragging their feet on the whole playoff system. I understand the long tradition to the Rose Bowl, but if you really want to have a true national champion then they need to get on board with the SEC and the Big 12 as far as a playoff is concerned. As off now, they have it in this order of wants:

    1. Current format ( yah, like that has worked out for the B1G)
    2. Plus one
    3. 4 team playoff with a panel deciding top teams.

If the B1G wants respect from anyone, they need to fall in line. Not to mention get better as a conference overall. This latest BS along with OSU backing out of the Georgia series is making them look even weaker. It hurts me to say this as a lifelong B1G fan.
    Sorry, rant over.

"By all appearances, the ACC’ and its very existence is under assault if the latest churning of the rumor mill is to be believed. In fact, the board of trustees at both Florida State and Clemson has done the rumor mill one better, publicly hiking up its skirts confirming they’d be willing to listen to overtures from other conferences, specifically the Big 12. Miami has also been specifically mentioned by a soon-to-be Big 12 athletic director, forcing the Hurricanes to issue a public “I (heart) you” statement of support for remaining in the ACC."

    Hmmm....hiking up their skirts??!!

well the B1G can still have some pull on the issue as they do have atleast 3 nationally prominent teams a year, and with Michigan rising again that number will only increase.

However the same can not be said for the ACC. WVU has more BCS bowl wins than the entire Atlantic Coast Conference combined, yes the entire conference combined, that my friends does not garner much respect nationally, atleast in the BCS era anyways. The ACC should be jumping on the bandwagon of whatever the most powerful conferences (SEC mainly and then Big 12 and Pac 12) want to do if they want to seem relevant and not lose their big football schools like FSU, Miami, and Clemson to those more powerful conferences. The least that can happen if the ACC doesn't get on board is that their chances to get into that 4 team playoff will absolutely diminish, because lets face it, a national committe would most likely put a one loss SEC/ Big 12/B1G or even Pac-12 conf champ in the playoff over an undefeated ACC or Big East team

I said sometime ago that I wished VT would have gone into the SEC. They would have gone in as a mid-tier team, but had full potential to "turn it up". Having said that...the only way to get better is to play better teams. It is not rocket science....

Looks gray to me, but I think it looks pretty good. Of all the new uni's I've seen lately this is probably one of the best but that is without seeing the helmet and pants though.

Yeah, I don't know what color the helmet and pants will be. Arky likes to wear the same color on top and bottom w/ their red unis, which makes them look like they're wearing UniTARDS.

I guess I'm a boring guy... I like the white away jerseys and colored home jerseys, always over white (or some other neutral colored) pants.

Also... funny to me that the two UGA guys like the black/grey uniform. Not digging at y'all, but it made me laugh a little.

Only read the first few pages but UGA will be national champions this year. They will have the number one defense in the country. Offense will have no problem putting up 7-10 points a game because that's all they will need. How is that for wishy washy?

Going all the way this year didn't you know? :broccoli:http://beyondthebets.com/2012/06/04/who-will-win-the-2013-bcs-national-championship-our-pick-the-georgia-bulldogs-191/

Seriously though, I wish they wouldn't publish this stuff on us, I'd rather be a sleeper plus not get the players believing too much. And not to be "wishy washy" but we have too many unknowns this year. Starting rookies in both kicking positions on a team from last year with big special teams issues. Don't know how our running game will be? And have a coach and qb that have trouble winning big games.

    I hope they're right though. :D

^^^ The only thing that would make that fact any better would be if any of those BCS wins had been against VT!

For what it's worth, I personally don't think a playoff or "+1" type of championship will solve anything...but I'm certainly not gonna complain if it happens, at the very least it will probably be more exciting.

    Let's Go! Mountaineers!

The end zones are awesome (MD has the coolest looking flag in the nation, IMO), but that field is just wrong.

Good one - the longhorns will continue to be mediocre with all-star talent. At least they win the recruiting championship every year:rolleyes:
