2012 Virginia Tech Football ....let's go

 

true. it's no secret that i love ACC basketball.

after State beat Clemson last year, they just fell apart. Tigers could and should have finished out the season with nothing but W's. That WV game was very hard to watch. IIRC you witnessed it in person?

 

Jbm, how's mettenberger looking? I was excited about havin him on the Dawgs. Then he went and got kicked off.

 

He looks really good. He's matured a lot as a quarterback over the offseason. He's insanely accurate with his throws. We'll have a better offensive attack for sure this season. I think we will win the west, beating Bama at home and then either play UGA or USC in the SEC championship.

 

I look for him to do great. I hated what happened, thought he was going to be our starter.

I know the Miami boys will miss Clemson. Some of Miami's best ACC games in the last few years have been against the Tigers.

 

Only if usc can't beat Arkansas again. Don't think uga wins in Columbia especially if lattimore is full go.

i do not believe either of those teams have ever been in the SEC.

edit: the google contradicts my above listed statement. in the 30's through 60's G-tech was indeed SEC. Clemson, ACC from the start though.

Yea, I said it. We'll be back in atl. We'll bottle up Lattimore for the First time and beat SC (assuming our defense is what it was last year, and Jarvis Jones remains a freakin manchild out there off the end.). Lattimore seems to give us problems, but the defense turned out to be incredible last year. And by the time we play, our D should be at full strength....so far...

I think Ga will be back too but not due to the SC/GA game......we'll struggle with LSU & Arkansas instead.

 

Oh we will be back...and look for USC (notice I didn't put that USCe crap on here that some do...) to be stopped. Oh, and we won't hand ya'll 28 pts on a silver platter, either! Go DAWGS!!!

I laugh every time a dawg says they gave us that game. We TOOK it and you best book coming outta Columbia a 1 loss SEC team unless Mizzou gets that win I think is possible. Y'all have a lot of suspensions and no Oline to go up their to play their first SEC home game and if you ain't concerned about that then you might want to start thinking. Also I think we will have the slaw beat this year. Our O will be much improved and D will remain beast.
