Ya'll didn't take shit...unless, of course you count the points we gave you...actually, it was a good game and ya'll beat us - not going to make any excuses...

Ya'll better hope you have the usual half-season meltdown...btw, why in hell is spurrier whining about the schedule when he never did the like while at UF?

Only 1 will be suspended for the mizzou game!

Anxious to see how QB works out for us this year. Schedule is disappointing but I can't wait for the revenge game in the Colliseum. Go Ducks!

This^^^ We did give that game away, look at how many points our D gave up after our shitty offensive play and special teams gave up. Take that out of the equation and our D was stout. Same thing in the SECCG. Same thing through most of the year. If Murray matures and we improve our special teams we will be tough. That is an IF. I know our O line and running game is questionable but we have a couple of potential studs and are better off w/o Crowell imo. Then with the fact of us playing ya'll later in the year is a plus for us too. I still look for a tough game but in no means think either teams fans could/should be that cocky about this match up.

I think our O-line will be much better than last year's - it looks like we are at least 2-deep now. That, along with a solid running game, will allow AM to shine.

I said a long time ago that Crowell was nothing but a cancer for this team. He may (notice MAY) have started, but would have fallen further behind on the depth chart. Word out of BM is that there is much more to the Crowell issue than was ever reported...

Looks like Commings will be the only one out for the mizzou game! :D

Exactly! I'd rather we had some meaningful home/aways with power house teams. We've gotten used to having some good ones sprinkled in with the regular top tier PAC ones. It's also given us good national exposure that we would have otherwise not gotten.

This year is way weaker than normal and it worries me. I've never been a fan of a creampuff OOC schedule for any team. Seems like 2012 comes down to beating USC to make or break the whole year. As a fan that's disappointing.

Uh, O-Line better? Have you seen the roster and who is gone?
It will be worse than last year.
And your running game is based on unproven true freshmans...
I agree that Crowell gone is a blessing for y'all.
Your schedule is the only thing keeping y'all in the hunt, sorry.

Welll... We'll have more depth this year. I think we'll have a true two deep this year. Last year we had the starting 5 with two reliable guys to back up the starters.
We are essentially adding Houston, Long, Long, Beard, Theus, Dantzler, Andrews, Pyke into what I call the dependable rotation. Those guys were either a) in high school b) too green to be counted on at their respective position or C)couldn't play for one reason or another. So, we lose 3 but we add 8. We aren't going to replace a cordy glenn or a ben jones immediatly but there shouldn't be too much drop off at LT and C with the guys we have.

WE WILL BE BETTER AT RT. PERIOD. Bean was dumb as a bag of rocks. Just adding a big body with a brain will be an improvement. We were so thin last year, that we had to play bean at RT. Houston was TEARING IT UP in the spring at RT. Dantzler was making huge strides and Theus will come in and compete at that position.

Time to bond and time for Friend to work with these guys. Just an assumption.

I actually feel better than most about our o-line situation. But of course, as we all know, USC is going to win it all or cry about being robbed again due to schedule - which is ironic, because the evil visor NEVER uttered a word when UF had all of those cream puffs...

Oregonians are about on par with owning tacos as Hawaiian's are... except we don't put on 12" lifts with itty bitty tires.

Yeah.... Sewanee, Ga Tech and Tulane were all original members, but left long ago. Never Clemson.

ACC expands...adding Pitt and Syracuse. From ESPN..... Scheduling games with the Big Ten, I like....

"There are two major steps the ACC can still take to make itself even stronger. The first is adding Notre Dame as an Orange Bowl partner in years that the Irish qualify. The second is arranging a scheduling partnership with the Big Ten similar to the agreement that fell through between the Big Ten and Pac-12.

It would be great to see the likes of Florida State-Nebraska, Miami-Ohio State, and Virginia Tech-Michigan on a more regular basis. One thing that will make that difficult, though, is the same thing that gave the Pac-12 reservations -- a nine-game conference schedule. Florida State, Clemson and Georgia Tech would have to agree to playing their SEC rivals AND possibly a Big Ten opponent in the same season. Clearly, strength of schedule wouldn’t be a problem in the ACC."

Although Pitt and Syracuse were both great additions to basketball, they bring NOTHING to football. Notre Dame isn't going to settle for an Orange bowl affiliation to play ACC teams haha. As overly pompous as they are, they will still want to be connected to the Big 10 due to tradition and rivalries, or even the Big 12 over the ACC. Furthermore, it won't matter if they did because the champions bowl (shitty name) will take precedence over all other major bowl games (besides the 4 team playoff) since it'll be SEC-Big 12 every year, otherwise known as the 2 conferences who have won the NC the last 10 years.

Also the ACC will not do a deal with the Big 10 cuz as it says, a lot of the ACC plays SEC rivals each year, and loses, so playing Big 10 teams won't help their ability to make it to the 4 team playoff
