    Is plasti-dip a mod?
...for some reason is harder for them to make than finding the Higgs Boson. So I went with the 2011 (05 and up actually). I know others have posted the fit, but thought I'd chim in and post some pics of my adventure!

I went with the Pioneer App Radio. After wiring up the relay to over ride the Parking Brake, I read online and found out the latest firmware doesn't allow it!

So I just installed a 2 position switch in an open slot and fixed that little hick up. You basically just run the parking brake wire from the radio to the switch, then split the ground wire from the radio and also run to the switch. I didn't wire the LED on the switch cause I didn't want it shining at night. Here are some pics of the fit and final product.

Notice the movie playing (Act of Valor) is doing so WITHOUT the parking brake engaged.

Here are some other pics of the process and the fit...

Here is my Scosche iPhone mount. I tapped it out, and mounted it with 3 tapping screws. It's very solid.

    Another look at the fit.

It's ok. The boot time isn't as bad as I expected. I only use pandora and the iPod interface. The rest is just novelty really.

Well...for me anyway. I downloaded the GPS app (motion x I think) ands its pretty cool. But I don't foresee me needing it much. It will be interesting to see how pioneer responds if the new iPhone had a smaller dock connector. :)

I bought the 4400 and the e-break bypass worked on it. It was a bad HU though and I had to send it back bc it would not receive the antenna signal for am/fm radio. I'm tracking the new one now. The app mode worked great. I like your set-up with the iPhone mount. I'm looking at the best way to mount that cable and be able to hold my phone while driving. I used YouTube a lot on mine bc you can watch the video and listen to the song. As far as the new iPhone connection; I think Pioneer will come out with a new patch cable pretty quick.
