2012 shudder/shake while braking or decelerating

Just had a 30k service on my 2012 trd dcsb. It's the stock suspension and wheels. Noticed while braking i get a shudder or vibration of sorts between 40-20mph when decelerating.

My thoughts on the issue:
- tires were rotated and i have uneven tire wear
- tires not balanced
- out of alignment
- brake caliper/shoe is loose
- driveshaft vib (kind of ruling it out bc its not while driving or accelerating)

..and from there i am stumped.

Any 2 cents would be appreciated

Did you have the vibe / shudder before the 30K service ?

I did not have the shudder prior to the service.

I am not sure if I am part of that TSB...
- Does it only apply to certain VIN numbers, or is it simply if I am having all of those symptoms then I qualify for the TSB?

If its just meeting a checklist then I am starting to think I meet those requirements, and that might be my issue.

 

The only thing the dealer did during the 30K service was rotate your tires.
Wondering if you could take it back to the dealer telling them you have a shudder after they worked on your truck . Heck , maybe they will throw you some fresh rubber

 

I had this when applying the brakes. It was a warped rotor. Dealer said not uncommon fixed it under warranty
