Well I sent a PM to TAOSCOTT on monday about the NFab bar and still havent heard anything back yet...

This Friday is the last day for my order before I call things off. I am really hoping NFab has finally gotten in gear.

    Anyone else gotten any response?

Just an update for those that are interested or purchasing one of my light bars. The laser cutter drug their feet a little bit, I guess they are swamped, so the parts that were supposed to be ready for pickup on Monday will be ready for pickup tomorrow. This isn't much of a hold up though, I'll bust all of these out this weekend and will have them ready for powder on Monday.

I started my own thread to sell these so if you are interested check it out. Thanks for all the compliments and support!!!!

Can't wait to get mine from PELLEY (Chris). He's a heck of a guy who could teach n-Fab a thing or three about customer service and communication. Thanks again Chris.

I requested a refund from NFab last Thursday, the 12th. I was clearly told, by email, that I would be contacted by their shipping manager within 24 to 48 hours with info regarding a shipping pickup to get the bar back to them. Well, still no response by today, 4 business days later and nothing. Email Lance (again) today and get back a response that the shipping guy was actually just getting ready to process my return shipping arrangements today and that he would be contacting me this afternoon. Still no response. What the hell. This has been a fiasco. And I've been very patient, but come the hell on. This is piss poor customer service.

Trying not to fan the flames on this thread, but N-Fab is now telling me another 2 weeks most likely.

Frank, please call me about your bar. I did leave you a message on your voicemail.

Scott, I have tried a few times to call but was unable to get you. I called your customer service number this afternoon and requested that my order be cancelled/refunded. Please take a moment and make sure that happens sir.

I think NFab needs to at the minimum put something on their website indicating that these are not available yet and a possible production date because this is just plain bullshit pure and simple.

If you haven't ditched the N-Fab idea yet, DO. Having finally received my bar from them, the worng one BTW, Chris' is twice the thickness/ weight of the other one. Plus, the fit and finish is just amazing as the pics hopefully show.

As a follow-up, it took NFab 3 weeks to finally get my bar picked up, returned, and my money refunded. Follows with the recurring theme of NFab dragging their feet...
