Again I realize I dont have a trac or locker but as of now I only have a 100% open diff. The "auto LSD" does nothing which is where I find the problem. Like I said I can burn out and only one tire roosts, going up a hill one tire will spin like crazy searching for traction and the other barely moves.

limited slip simply allows more power to be applied to the tire with traction, thats it.

This is all im looking for and as of now I dont get that which I see as a problem. I realize the rear isnt going to completely lock up but like i said if one tire is off the ground my truck does not move and just the tire off the ground spins. I have also done my jacking it up test off road where I got a tire off the ground it the truck still didnt move or didnt even try to move

I never said I wanted it to spin at the same rate. I only want to be able to have SOME power go to the tire on the ground if one tire is off the ground which as of now does not happen

Maybe this will help? Notice the truck with limited slip moves forward but its not like a big roost, the tire with traction is simply getting more power applied to it. If that tire slips, your still dead in the water. Is that clearer or no?

ya in that video my truck would be like the first one in every setting. All the power goes to the tire with least resistance and 0 goes to the tire with traction

Beyond its limits? I only want to be able to move forward if ever on an off camber situation with one tire off the ground on COMPLETELY flat ground. Thats beyond its limits?

Thats not very nice, we are fostering an environment of good will and brotherhood here. Say 12 ATRACS and 10 rear lockers.

See why do you have to automatically assume im being irrational. From all the videos of trucks like mine they can get one tire stuck and have power transfered to the other tire where mine doesnt. I just want to know this is how its supposed to act so I can take it to toyota and explain to them it is supposed to work. I have only had this truck 4 months so of course I want to have everything working correctly.

We dont know. We are assuming. So you could be 100% right. However it wont be solved here so you need to go to the dealership to have your fears either confirmed or put to rest.

Yes a real limited slip will move you forward in that situation. If I get one tire off the ground in a limited slip it will transfer power to the tire on the ground enough to move the vehicle forward

Must be broke. Just burn it, use the insurance money to buy a trd offroad.

I went to the dealership today where I was told "auto lsd" and a trac are not meant to be used off road and they do not in any way transfer power. I dont want 100% power transfer but I am getting 0 power transfer right now. ZERO POWER TRANSFER! I do not want 50/50 or anything like that just do not want 100/0 when a tire is off the ground
