I just wish they would have built this damn thing just like my 83 toyota and I wouldn't even have to worry about all these buttons and beeping shit. :D I've never needed trac, a-trac, LSD, ALSD, or a locker where I've gone. I've got a better one than all of that. Why in the hell would you sell a 4x4 w/o skid plates?

You're a medic right? Dude, wouldn't this be a call to run on. Guy had the rear of his truck jack up with the truck running on cruise control. Truck falls off jacks and shreds said dude.

autoLSD is worthless IMO. But TRAC isn't. Keep it in VSC/TRAC (this is default) OP. Then do the YELLOW wire mod, which adds TRAC to 4lo. Finally, save up for an ARB air locker for the rear. Don't get the smallest ARB compressor (which only runs a locker). Go one up, buy the inflator kit, and you'll also have onboard air for tires.

Ah fuck, that's right. I almost forgot what this whole thread was about. So, alsd is more of a safety mechanism than a contraption that confuses the shit out of dumb people? Toyota thinks of everything!

Yeah you're right. Grey wire is for "locker anytime". Yellow wire is for "TRAC anytime".
