    Yup... The most effective MPG improvement mod is also the cheapest.
    Duct-tape an egg to the accelerator ;)
    UG does not monitor transmission temperature.
    Scangauge just added it about 6 months ago.

    There's a very valid argument that the time sunk into nitpicky analyticals and the subsequent stress caused by the data gathered is more detriment than help to most people.

    Some of you may enjoy picking nits. Perhaps you find it soothing. For the rest of us, it's a pain in the ass and not worth the trouble.

    So yeah, we're gonna think you're weird for doing it. But whatever floats your boat. That said, if the goal is cost savings, looking at gasoline expenses is always a forest-for-the-trees scenario. Most everyone wastes way more money (typically unwittingly) in other areas of their life rather than with gas.
