Just bought a 2012 Tacoma. Love the truck Hate the key and fob. Most other vehicles have key and fob combined. Whose dumbass idea was this? Can anybody tell me if there is a place to purchase a key/fob combo. Called local Toyota dealer and they said they don't have any.....

Checked out link. Would like to have one but he only sells through distributors. Closest one is Texas, I live in PA.

He stopped selling just the key because he was getting too many returned.

Sounds like people were unable to find a competent locksmith to do the work.

If you can find a local lockmith that can cut and program, I believe he will still sell you key if you PM him.
