I can't get past the "van looking" front end...Looks like it should belong on the Sienna.

Wow - that is some great information.

This is sounding more and more like the Sync system in the Fords (MS-based).

It's one of the dealership's wholesalers so I get the best of both worlds! extra 500 bucks on the Tacoma and I get to save on the taxes too.

You are saying that the HDD Entune is not offered but on the 2012 pamphlet/brochure I got from the dealer yesturday, if you look in the back of it where all the specs are, there is one entune option with Pandora and nav, and one without. I'm guessing both come with JBL bc it doesent say different. But the dealer didn't know any of this....

I don't have a link because I am on my phone also, but if you look back around 40 pages on this forum there is a link to the 2012 Tacoma pamphlet which says the same thing as the real one I got from the dealer.. not to mention the power driver seat as well.

Nope, not a hater...everybody has an opinion and that's mine.

The front end looks like 1 piece. Like there is no seperation between the bumper, grille and headlights much like a "van". I like everything about the 2012 except the front end.

    See here for comparision.

You dont want to see seperation between bumper and grille thats 80's and 90's style....tighter body lines better quality...I see your point but im not buying it :D

IMO the front end still looks like 1 piece.

Maybe it will grow on me but I have seen a few at the dealership and they just don't have that truck look to me...Again it's just my opinion. Not hating :D

Must be the poppy seed muffin I had this morning :D

I'm not saying they look identical...To me the '12 front end looks like 1 piece, much like a van...That's it. :)

    Again? What the F Toyota:

Toyota replaces two of the vehicles that built its reputation and adds a high-profile newcomer within the next year.

The new Camry midsize sedan just went on sale. A new version of the Tacoma midsize pickup is to arrive in the second half of 2012. "The Tacoma is the volume small pickup," said Hall. "It's a core vehicle for Toyota."

Exactly why I waited. Too many little changes happening.

I'll wait until 2013-2015 when they start getting the changes ironed out and they have a solid vehicle that will be around for a while.
