About a week ago I was driving normal, radio was working, nothing odd happening. I get out for PT for an hour, come back, turn the truck on, and the radio pretty much doesn’t turn on.

Reason I say “pretty much” is because when I turn the key, the display “Toyota” comes up but after that it’s always on the “audio off” screen.

Whenever I press the power button it turns the satellite radio screen on, but turns off after a couple seconds and goes back to “audio off”. Same happens with back up camera, comes on for a couple seconds after shifting into reverse and it turns off. A couple times the back up camera would stay on for a couple minutes while driving forward.

No buttons work, around or on the touch screen.

Quickest appointment I could get is 2 weeks from now. I was going to try to figure it out myself just because I have the time. But I don’t know where to go after just unplugging and replugging the wires behind the radio.

Does anybody know what it could be?

Here is my opinion. Unless you have some abnormal fixation on the factory stereo (which is crap IMO) Go to https://www.crutchfield.com/car/outfitmycar/mycar.aspx and pick a nice stereo and they provide all the assistance and information and equipment you need. Excellent before and after tech support.

Turn the key to IGN, turn on the radio, hold the power button on the radio for 10 seconds. See if that does anything.
