2012 Tacoma V6 5 speed-auto w/tow pkg ATF Drain and Fill amount?

I very much apologize in advance if this has been discussed to exhaustion! I have searched this forum to find the quart amount for a simple drain and fill for a 2012 Tacoma Double Cab V6 5 speed-automatic w/tow package and have seen a bunch of good info. With that being said I have seen multiple amount recommendations. I recently drained 2.5 quarts of WS and put in 3.2 quarts of WS at temperature (Scan Gauge 2) of 120 and got the small trickle... Is 3.2 quarts what most people are getting?

~3 quarts is what you are going to get out of the pan. That stated.... the full system holds 11-13 quarts if i remember correctly.
