I guess - my box was intact, didn't have holes. I dropped it off at the shop where they will do the install along with the instructions and the winch. I need a week to clear my schedule to get the truck to him to install.

Here are a few pictures of my test fit. It's off to get coated, then wait for the winch, then final install. This thing is extremely well built.

The measurement that is important from a winch fitment standpoint is the vertical space of the bracket in the center (just to the driver's side of where you are measuring) AND it's decreasing radius as it heads rearward.

Looks good guys and thanks for the compliment. As I stated early in development I tend to over engineer a bit but I'd rather be guilty of that than build a flimsy POS. ;)

Dropped mine off at the line x dealer today. Wow, it has gotten expensive!

Yeah I noticed that bracket, definitely going to be the limiting factor. With a winch like the Warn 9.5 (7.7" height in the middle) which has the solenoid off to the side I may not have to remote mount. Will find out soon enough!

$200 to have it done right! Or $125 just to spray as is!

I opted for $200 and told him it better be warrantied for life!

Do you have any better instructions for cutting the bumper that fits into the c channels on each side?

Wow, that's pretty pricey but I'm sure it will look good and last.

Cutting the bumper cover is really pretty simple, a 4" cutoff disc makes it easy, you will probably want one to cut the factory recovery loop anyway. Just leave about an inch of material on each end in the midsection so you can then mount it over the bumper and get a better feel for how much you want to leave. Probably 1/2" to 3/4" or so which will fit in the C channels on the ends of the mount.

Keep in mind each install will be a bit different as the plastic is the variable here and will fit a tad differently from truck to truck.

Document it and I'll incorporate in to the instructions but really it's pretty simple.

Same stuff I used on mine. Looks good, wears well and easy to patch when you scratch it.

    Very nice!

Down to the last handful. Got another 1 or 2 to go to Canada, already sent several, one on the way to Hawaii and far east Russia.

Should have the last few shipped either tomorrow or Thursday at the latest. Everyone should have tracking info in your Inbox if your order shipped. You can also login to the store to check the status of your order.

Mine came in last night, but it was too dark to mess with. Took some pictures today. The packaging was only holding by a single bit of the tape. All the staples had come out. There were also a bunch of holes in the box and you can see the one large hole. There must have been an impact directly on that spot because it is right by one of the mounting tabs, and that tab is bent almost completely back. Not sure if I can bend it back without weakening the metal. The green pin shackles were also loose in the box and had obviously been bouncing around for a while.

    Here are the pics.

At least its finally here and hopefully I can get it situated.

I'm reporting all of these to UPS. There is just no excuse to these being handled in this manner. The tab will be ok if you bend it back, it's mild steel and pretty forgiving. I hate that some of these are being damaged but if you feel like it's not something you want to mess with then I'll file a damage claim and get you another.

I've shipped out plenty with zero damage and have made some changes to the packaging to compensate for their rough handling.

May have to switch to FedEx.

If it can be bent back, then I'm fine. Its not worth the hassle of all that IMO. It is frustrating/irritating when the nice new shiny finally arrives and its been abused. I'm the one that's supposed to abuse this thing!!!! :D

I've spent thousands on custom packaging, we take our sweet time packaging these for shipping and I'm at my wits end on this. Today may be the last batch to go UPS.

What kills me are the holes right through the FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE TAPE. So much for that warning...
