Have you had a chance to install everything yet? Still really curious to see how it feels with 886s up front.

Also, did anyone ever determine if the shower super charger interferes at all?

Replied to your last post with a bit of a review. Go back a page? Now that I have a few thousand km on the lift it seems to have loosened up a bit. Still handles great and a little nicer on the small bumps at speed than it was.

Right on, thanks man, I didn't see it before. I think you've convinced me to go with that setup. I don't plan on adding a ton of weight but I don't like the saggy from on stock suspension. I'm worried a winch on 885s would look too stock.

Check on my photos. I'm on 5100s@0/885s, with full steel skids, sliders, this bumper, and a winch (synthetic line). Still sitting higher than stock, but the winch/bumper did drop my nose about 1/2" in addition to what the skids/sliders already did.

To the OP or anyone with it already installed, do you know if a front hitch will work with this bumper?

I don't think something like that is going to bolt on. I wonder if you could weld a hitch to the bumper though? :notsure:

I was wondering where to relocate my 30" LED bar. You have the answer.
    Thanks for the post.

Yep mine bolted up right up, it does make pulling the grill out kind of tricky but do able.

Got mine mounted up this weekend, sans winch. Had it powder coated in a hammered black finish locally, and figured if I was going to powder coat the shackles, might as well make them bright. Safety first.

My only beef with it has been that when I mounted up the sirius lights, the front bezel is slammed up against the back of the bumper steel, so I can't adjust them up and down at all, they're pretty much set where they're set. Would be curious if anyone else has run into that. I thought there would be a little more adjustment to them, even another 1/4" of depth on the brackets seem like it would have helped. I'm gonna mess with them again tonight since it was dark when I finally got around to those this weekend.

Just got a little bonus at work, so I'll probably be getting an engo 10000s on order here sometime soon as well, that should complete the setup.

I agree that something isn't fitting right, I was wondering if I needed to trim the little flange off the upper part of the bumper cover, but that didn't seem right, and it looks like Motionridr8 didn't do that on his. They just seem like they're not sitting back far enough, I'll take another look at them when I get home tonight.

Just gotta get some other things squared away in the next week or two, then it's game on. Any upcoming deals I should know about on a synthetic line engo winch........ :D

What rigid lights are those? Can you still reach your clutch handle or plug your remote in?

Not that I need to give rigid and more of my money but damn that looks tight. I am going to take the body saw to that top lip not sure why but it's bugging me on mine

They are 4" E2's, driving pattern. Yup, no problem reaching the clutch handle. My winch solenoid came with a remote, remote plug in, so I have it recessed in the center grill up up above the lower valance.

Yeah, the top lip kind of bugs me too, but I'm not confident enough in my ability to trim it off in a way that'll look any better. Good thing is that from just a short distance, when you're standing there looking at it, you can't see the top lip or the top of the lights, so I just don't think about it until I figure out a way to trim it off cleanly.

I had to trim the lip. I think it looks better. There is about 2 penny thickness space below the light (that's how I held the aim while adjusting). The top of the light touches the plastic just a bit. Left the light on for an hour; gets warm to the touch but not hot so i'm not worried about the plastic warping or melting.

Used a fine tooth trim saw and a lot of masking tape (to protect the paint). It has a very thin blade because it cuts on the pull stroke; this allows you to cut flush. Hope this helps.

That actually helps a lot, I was wondering how you were able to fit those in there without trimming that top section off, and it looks like I was right.

I got mine to sit a little nicer by messing with the bracket a bit, but the bezel is still somewhat blocked by that top lip and I don't think it looks all that great, IMHO.

I had good luck trimming the other plastic with a box cutter knife with a brand new blade, just making several slow passes at it, might try to do the same with that top lip to get a nice crisp cut.
