Who's up for another group buy???

I'm lining up production for the rest of the year and need a head count. Probably upwards of 25+ to do a GB.

I'm thinking that delivery for the first week or so of December would be in order.

I don't have the SC yet, but it's on my list as the next purchase. You evil TW people keep showing me stuff I think I need! I was waiting on the bumper, but now I don't know. Do I really need a winch?

Well... if you ever get it off pavement then yes, you could need one. It's one of those things where 99% of the time you don't need a winch but when you experience that 1% then you give your left testicle for one. :D

    PHOTOS!

I'm looking for photos of customer rigs that obviously focus on our bumper. I have some from a few of you but most are low resolution...1000px..etc. Needs to be

    1. High resolution images. 4MB in file size would be ideal.
    2. Clean background, no other vehicles or clutter.
    3. Eye to waist level shots.
    4. No license plates.

I am going to print some of these in 24x36 sizes and frame them for display in our showroom.

PM me for my email if you don't have it.

I never posted my photos but if I can get my truck on pavement long enough to actually clean it then I'll take new pics. I went with powder coat in satin black too and I think it looks nice.

So I have been thinking of trading my truck in on a TRD Pro. So tonight I decided to remove my bumper and winch. The beauty of it is, that you don't have to remove the entire bumper. Just remove the grill, remove the bolts, and you can pull the winch and bumper out. Took me maybe 30 minutes to uninstall the winch and bumper, then I reinstalled the original bumper, the black insert piece, and the piece I cut out, and it all looks just like factory! So if you are worried if this can be undone, then he answer is yes. I will get some pics tomorrow.

And yes, I will probably sell my setup, as I am not going to install it on my new truck, when and if i ever get one!

Brad, you may be able to modify the instructions to not remove the bumper cover, as all you would need to do is cut the piece out of the bumper, loosen the lower bolts, and then install the bumper in there!

yes, I have done the mods
Speaking of the instructions, when installing my bumper (which was way easier than I thought it was going to be) I found that the two bolts that hold the subframe ends in place were not 19mm as the installation doc reads - they were 17mm.

    these two:

    taco_subframe_end_bolts_zps60afa3bb_2bbde1df8e197f0d4814b3f8a184a1c4a9f09294.jpg

Did anybody else notice that while they were installing? Or did the factory just run out of 19mm that day?
