Purchased new in Oct, today first warm day since I owned it. Turned on A/C and all I got was warm air. Anyone had this problem. Guess I have to take it in on my first day off next week.

Not to be a smart ass but do you have your temp control on "cool" and not heat?

No, the light was on. I tried both ways, max a/c and manual. This is not my first new Toyota (third) Celica and Camry.

    Just a theory
Had the same problem once, even talked to the dealership - they were no help.
Did you disconnect the battery recently?
I think you"ll find your A/C maybe working by now. I believe the computer gets confused and needs to re-learn.

Take it in. Use that warranty you paid for.

My guesses, either there's a pinhole leak in the condensor, or the TXV is stuck open.

Does the compressor spin when you push the button? When mine had an issue it did and it still didn't blow cold air. Never did figure out how it didn't trip a pressure sensor.

Took it in. It had NO refrigerant in unit. Filled it up and found NO leaks. They want to check it again in three weeks. Under warranty. I wonder if they skipped a check at the factory?

Took it back after a month, still blowing cold, no leaks found. Strange for a new vehicle.

It wouldn't be the first time a vehicle left the factory without being filled, and it not being properly checked on the PDI. And, you have lots of warranty left if your dealer missed something.
