2012 touch screen direct replacement?

Hi all,


Looking to upgrade my factory head unit to a factory touch screen head unit. I saw this unit on eBay and I have a few questions:

Would this be a simple plug and play?

Would I retain my steering wheel controls? (I have Bluetooth, volume steering wheel controls)

Sirius satellite compatable?

That eBay radio seems expensive at $417, but it includes the much-desired clock module.
