2012 Toyota Tacoma Bluetooth pairing

Hello, my name is Pete and I am the new owner of a used Toyota 2012 4 door Tacoma.

When I went to connect my cell phone/pair it w/ my truck's Bluetooth, for some reason I can not connect to the Multi-media connection.

Everything is in Spanish e.g. BT Audio config is in Spanish and even the language in my rear view mirror the verbiage is written Spanish.

Can somebody please tell me how to change/configure my truck audio voice commands and rear view mirror from Spanish to English?
