2012 Track Super Guide V16 boat

I have a just purchased 2012 Tracker Super Guide V16 with a Mercury 40 hp 4 stroke motor.
Purchased early July. Comes with a 3 year warranty on the motor and I beleive its either 5 or 10 on the hull and 5 on the trailer. All fully transferable.
This boat is an all Aluminum, all weld hull. Used only less than 20 hours. Minkota trolling motor, fish finder, power tilt and trim, bimini, cover, coast guard safety kit, anchor...

Paid $14,500 asking best reasonable offer.

Why I'm I selling it? There has been an unforseen medical emergency and will need cash for the down the road treatments.
