Since new I've noticed that sometimes my truck will not shift correctly. Seems like there is a long delay between shifts from 2nd to 3th. The RPM's will increase and lurches into gear, sometimes it catches on it's own, other times if I let off the throttle and back on, it will engage. I've brought the truck in a number of times and they can never find anything wrong because it doesn't happen when they have the truck. It really happens once and a long while. I'm not able to reproduce on demand. One service manager even thought it was my remote start, which I had installed by the dealer at purchase time. He told me to stop using it. I sort of laughed at him, as I can't see what one had to do with the other. I stopped using using it anyway just to see, no luck.

I've spoken to a few other people who think they have the same issue. Does anyone else have this issue? Is there any fix? My warranty is running out and I'd like to get this fixed. It's really the only issue I've had with my truck.

Not that I've noticed. I don't have long hills around here to really know. Happens more in the winter but I've seen it happen in summer to.

When mine does it, I'm taking off from a stop going down a hill. But it seems normal cause it does it every time... I used to worry about my truck acting funny from time to time. Now I just drive it. Worry about other things.... Lol
