Tires are stock. I need to get some better ones, i don't want to change the size but i am sure it would be helpful to have some with better traction, right now they are stock all season tires.

 

So 8 secs, I hope I can shave some time off that with the new pump and tune. I will make a video of 0-60 tonight, it might be more accurate than my Edge gauge.

That pulley is a must, you will love it! gives your charger an extra punch for sure!

im running the reflash but going to ask the tech at the dealership if there is a retune available or if he can tweek it after the pulley is on . Hope to get a dyno booked for next week. Not going for the fuel pump and injectors just yet..Wallet is kinda light ...and im a dead man walking if wifey ever finds these bills

 

You can't retune the reflash...ECU can only be flashed once then it's spent.

 

Thank you for that..didnt know that it wasnt possible to tune it. But no worries. pulley installed on schedule.

@jarhead0313, this is an awesome post - I love what you have done to your truck so far! I have been thinking on what to do to my truck ( had it almost 10 months now ) and Im starting to get bored with it. Im actually embarrassed to say Ive been thinking of trading it in and getting a Raptor, I know I know. Im just in the auto industry and get bored with vehicles rather quickly! Following most of your steps on this mod might actually do the trick instead of getting A LOT bigger of a truck, which is part of my issue with the Raptor. Keep up the awesome work and thank you for sharing with us along the way.

Quick questions: Where did you buy the SC for that price and what was the pricing breakdown with install? The best I could find is 3800 plus 800 for install and we have sales tax in NV

I bought mine at shoptrd.com for $37xx and the install was 800 here + sales tax...that was the best deal I could find. At least your sales tax is only 7.75% instead of the 9.5% here in WA

 

Here is a graph of a friend of mine's truck. URD upper pulley, and NST lower pulley. TRD reflash with FPR mod. DTLT headers, custom Y-pipe, and cheap ass custom intake. Lol.

I purchased the SC from Beaverton Toyota my local dealership(also where I bought my truck) I searched all over for the best price online then went in and asked them to match the price. They said they were unable to match the price but would sell it to me for cost plus 10%. How I was able to get everything so cheap was they charged me there accessory rate to install witch was $60 an hour for 6 hours plus they also gave me 15% of the install because I am a Costco member. I will post the break down tonight when I get off work. All said and done it was like $4220 I think but like I said I will post actual #'s tonight. Nice bonus is OR has no sales tax.
