That is simply awesome! Thank you guys, I appreciate it. I had it easier than most in that Thyroid cancer (papillary carcinoma) is about the easiest to beat, it kills for sure (Roger Ebert for example) but not this time. Was just a real test of patience, physical endurance and emotional/physical limits. This time the big C can suck it. :brianr:

I've sent plenty to Canada. I've also been contacted by Paul at Custom Truck Parts in western Canada about stocking them. Email him and express your desire to be able to purchase them there.

Either way, you can certainly get one.

I may be interested in one of these as well, hoping to see picks of the finished product. Love the dedication and thought put into a product like you have done, thank you.

Been a busy boy with other stuff but the prototype should be ready this week. Of course another holiday (and an important one at that) is upon us so it will probably be next week before we test fit. Once that is done then we can make any necessary changes if needed and schedule production.

It's almost there... get your pennies counted.

Prototype is on my bench. I'll get some pics tomorrow. Trying to get a test fit session scheduled so we can move this process forward.

Here's a few quick/dirty pics of the production prototype. We will be test fitting Monday.

    1. Shows the 4" hole under the winch mounting holes, it is very accessible for my big claws so should work easily for anyone.

    2. All 4 of the 4" holes, bumper is upside down of course.

    3. Gussets and mounting holes/tabs.

    4. Winch tub, drain holes, etc.

    5. Ears with channels to help hold plastic in one spot.

    more below...

    1. Frontal shot, 4" holes will not be easily seen.. not that it matters in my opinion.

    2. Look through the large drain hole, it lines up perfectly with the outter 4" holes which will help drainage.

    3. More drain holes and if you look closely you can see how the winch mounting holes line up with the 4" holes.

I also rounded the shackle mounts, I think they look better with the 12+ lines.

So now you just need one more test fit, then start taking orders?
