Hey guys, I’m brand new here. searched in the forums and didn’t see this posted anywhere. The other day when I went to go leave a the parking garage I found the my truck won’t go into any gear with the clutch pedal all the way to the floor(pedal still had pressure). It drove there just fine hours before and no sign of any issue. I was able to drive it home and jack the truck up. The slave cylinder doesn’t seem to be leaking, the master is also dry. I opened up the little view port to take a look at the fork and didn’t see any damage on the fork, also put a borescope in there and didn’t see anything obvious. Had my dad help me and watch the amount of travel of the of the throw out bearing and the slave and it seems to be a decent bit. I able to shift into every gear without the engine running but when the engine is running I am not able to get into first and kind of force it into others if I had to. After some testing I find it harder to get into gear, as I push it into second with the clutch in I can hear the engine loading and it won’t really go. I don’t think it’s a syncro because it last affecting all the gears. Could it be something with the clutch itself? Although I never had issues of it slipping. Does anyone have any advice what to look into? I am getting ready to drop the clutch and transmission.

You could try bleeding it until clean fluid comes out with no bubbles. When I did the accumulator delete mod, we had a hard time doing the bleed. The pedal wouldn’t build pressure or come back up. We had to use the hand to lift & lower the pedal, it took a long time but it finally built pressure and started coming up without having to pull on it.
