    I'm not worried about 2012 at all. If you believe in the Bible, it says the 2nd coming can not be predicted by nobody! Its just a hype just like everything was going to crash in 2000. It didn't. Also, everybody is believing in a Mayan civilization that disappeared off the face of the earth. If they were so good at telling time then wouldn't they see that they weren't going to make it through time and try to do something about it?

    Besides, the other planets' gravitational pull is miniscule compared to the sun. Even the moon pulls more on the earth than the other planets would (because of it's proximity). All of the planets combined only equal about 2% of the moon's pull. If it were that disasterous, we'd have been pulled apart by the moon long ago.

    It's going to be a non-event. Like all the other phony predictions, it will just wind up being explained away as something non-quantifiable, aka spiritual or emotional change event/awakening.

    It was originally predicted to have happened in 2003, but when nothing happened, it was changed to 2012. It's just the end of their long count calendar. What it means is that the count starts over. Our own calendars repeat as well. It doesn't mean there's any significance to it.
