    Anybody else has a clunky changing gear noise from 1st to 2nd or is it me and my shifting and so what are the recommended rpm to change gears

    I find that if I shift too fast, it is a little clunky. In normal driving, I shift around 2-2500 rpm and don't "force" it and it shifts relatively smoothly. Hope this helps

    I got it too. To me, it seems like there's a bit of lash in the tranny/transfer case causing the noise.
    Do you get a clunk if you go over a bumpy section of road with the clutch pushed in or in neutral?

    Yep. I agree, it does feel like there's a little "slop" for lack of a better term.

    I've noticed the same problem, however it hasn't hurt anything until I recently couldn't use reverse unless holding the stick and easing off the clutch very slowly.
