Does anyone know how to get the rear back up camera to go on the 6" touch screen head unit?

It was discussed a couple of times in the last few days, and the consensus was that there is no physical input location, or programming in the head unit to allow it.

Curious to know how this turns out. I have a 2013 non-jbl head unit.

    Hello
A few weeks ago I did install a GM rear view mirror with a Lexus camera..in an Acura MDX..the only thing complicate was to find the wire diagram for each one..but after that all is so easy..So,if we can find the radio diagram..i'm sure we can install even a gps in this non jbl unit..
    Salut

Does anyone know if you can do the opposite of this? I have a 2012 and want my back up camera in my mirror and not on my touch screen display.

Thanks for the info, i was hoping it would be just a setting, but i figured it would be a bit harder like you said.

Has anyone done this mod themselves? I would like to be able to view in the mirror AND on the HU screen at the same time. I like the larger image of the HU, but also like the distance markers on the mirror. The guy selling the harnesses on eBay claimed that he could make the harness that way, but I was hoping to do it myself.
    Thanks,
    Ken

If only we could find the empty plug connectors. From there all we need to do is look at the picture and wire them ourselves.

The price he wants is crazy
