2013 Tacoma

when i try to sync my phone to the head unit it will not , and my phone will not recognize The "Car Multimedia" .. whenI look at the bluetooth settings on the head unit it has a red line thru the buetooth symbol. The phone has worked with it nefore (iphone 4S) but now it wont.
Any ideas???
