No. H3 is based on the previous Trailblazer. This one is based off the new Thai pickup platform. New engine. New frame. Should be good for 2000 lb payload. :)

I will have to find the article but I think it was written last month as it had me contemplating getting an Acadia for my wife as it said that the Acadia and Traverse would be redesigned for MY2013. Fortunately for my wife we got a great deal and popped for the Acadia Denali this weekend. I still wish the 4Runner was a tad bigger so I could have stuck with Toyo without having to jump into the $60K+ price point of the Sequoia.

Rear view mirrors won't make it, lower front fascia won't make it, rear bumper and exhaust tips won't make it, light bar on the interior roof won't make it, wheel and tire combo won't make it, headlights will probably change....Looks like it will be a Equinox on a truck frame then.

^ Expect the rear view mirrors, lower front fascia, wheel and tire combo, headlights and the dashboard to be identical to the production Global Colorado:

The exhaust tips are likely fake plastic trim rings, with the actual pipes buried deep inside. Mazda6 already does it:
