37,100 miles on it. She's been my trail rig and now she needs to help with a down payment on a house. I really do not want to part this out. Dealer offered 23k due to the cost of ripping it all back to stock, so I'm looking for someone who wants a turnkey, reliable rig and can appreciate the fact that I've put 20k in work into this.

THE GOOD:

Engine and driveline are 100% stock.
37k miles, Dealer has performed all maintenance from day 1. Single owner, clean title no accidents. No mechanical issues or damage.

MODIFICATIONS:

Suspension-
2.5 king shocks with reservoir front and rear, front coils at 700 to handle the bumper smoothly. rear shocks valved at flat .250 compression to work with the custom 11 leaf Deaver springs. Will provide stock valving that this replaced. AllPro u bolt flip with timbrein bump stops.
Icon upper control arms up front, stock lowers. All shocks have about 15k miles total, rebuilt new about 5k miles ago.

Equipment:
AllPro Apex front bumper, IFS skid, middle and trans skid.
Roof rack built by Brute Force Fab with Hi- lift mounting bolts, Rock sliders by Brute Force Fab
Viair on board air compressor with 5 gallon tank
Water pump with water heater using heater core for on board shower. Failsafe design with the last 20k miles with it installed no issues.

Lighting:
PIAA driving lights in fog light spot in bumper, Six 9" Hella Rallys HID converted- front two are eurobeam 55 watt, top four are 35 watt, two eurobeam two flood type. Roof rack has six 6" LED bars facing left right and rear for setting up camp. LED bed lighting, LED cab lighting.

ELECTRICAL:
All auxiliary power is connected through an sPOD unit with built in breaker and low voltage cutoff so you can't kill the battery. No ugly rats nest fire hazard- it's all organized through the control unit and wired into a custom made lighted waterproof switch panel on the center console.
Constant 12V power plug in bed cubby.

OTHER:

Rugged race radio (ham radio) in dash
Cobra 75 WXST CB radio in center console (cb is in handheld Mic, leaving only .5" plug exposed)

Both antennas mounted on hood brackets, CB side is removable. Neither obstruct vision.
Scanguage monitor to watch engine temp, MPG, intake air temp ETC.
Flyzeye console light with white and blue switch.
Custom Molle rack behind Rear seat (i still have the stock plastic compartments)
Gives lots more room to store/ organize back there.
Wet Okole neoprene seat and headrest covers.
Bottle opener mounted in bed, because it's entirely necessary.
Full size 285/75 r16 spare tire with matching alloy wheel.

Nope. I'm mad because when I bought it I had no idea there was such a thing! I would have made them put it on into the loan but when I found out 6 months later they would only take separate payment and I didn't have 4k lying around...

Engine and drive train fully stock, I think it gets 270? But I could be totally wrong there. Whatever the stock 6cyl 4.0 engines get.

Guess it's hard finding anyone who's actually got the funds.
I got one offer for 23k and otherwise, nothing! AllPro even posted it up for me and got a ton of traffic onto this thread and not a single one offered!

30k is a ridiculously good price for your rig. I think part of your problem selling is that you are not in the west. (Never mind, I'm tired and read Chino as Ohio.) Have you posted it on Expo? Another idea is to post in the Denver Craigslist. Tacoma's sell for more in Denver than just about anywhere else, and built trucks are really hard to find. I'm going to link this post in www.rockymountainoverland.com.

After months of low ball offers, I got sick of people kicking the tires and bailing out.
Second issue is
This was supposed to by my down payment. Lender said I'd be set with 40k for something in a decent price range.
When it came down to it and the fine print, I only qualified for about half of what he said I could, which left me searching through abandoned crack dens and horrible neighborhoods for a home to put my family.

So
I gave up for a while and paid the thing off.
Now I hold the title and don't want to sell it for a while.

@DaVikes take that other link down if you could. I don't want to delete this thread in case I sell it later
But as of right now, unless someone throws 40k at me, sale is off. Sorry folks...
