2013 Fog Lights Mod Suggestions

I recently got a 2013 Double cab pre runner SR5 package with the 4cyl 2.7iand I want to add fog lights to thetruck.

Now I live in San Francisco where fog (summer) is an issue and driving to LakeTahoe we get brutal tule fog (winter) through the valley.

I have read through most of the recent threads concerning this mod (greatinfo) and would like to ask some additional questions.

Which after market fogs lights work best for...ah seeing through fog.

how can I tell if my truck is pre-wired or not?

I'd like to able to turn the fogs on/off with a OEM type switch (greatthreads on the always on option)...with that said is it hard to install/add theswitch and run the wiring for a switch?
