I was messing around with a pair of 6000k Hipro Power 35w HIDS on my fog lights and it blew a fuse.

I had used Hipro power 6000k 35w HID's on the two prior vehicles i had owned, and they never gave me issues or blew a fuse.

So my questions are, what types of HIDs are people using for their head lights and fog lights? i want only 6000k for both, and am not looking for a whole head light replacement, I'm looking for the cheap, annoyingly blinding and bright HID's. The typical bulb replacement with a ballast.

Do they have to be 55w to not blow a fuse or make the car "think" the lights are out?

Does anyone know a reliable HID website to buy from that will 100% work without an issue? or does anyone live in Phoenix Arizona, and know of a shop that works with HID's and can do the install and swap for me?

The fog lights on my '13 are H11 55 watt. I replaced the white ones with yellow bulbs.

Do you have any issues with the fog lights being too much heat?

Personally I'd never run an HID kit without a relay harness.

Problem could be specific to the HiPro ballasts drawing a high startup current.

DDM Tuning kits are popular here, though I can't vouch for them personally.

I guess you are right... i looked at the bulbs and they are 55w H11's... guess if the stock bulb is that powerful then the extra heat from the HID's wont be an issue
