My truck did not come with fogs.
I removed the bumper (there's one tricky clip on the sides, PIA)
I picked up some really nice high power LED fog lights from my local auto parts store for around $30 OTD.
The stock bumper black dummy fog blanks have 2 screws on the back and pop out in a perfect circle(no cutting) that accomodates most medium sized fog lights (4"?)
I grounded them and tapped into the DRL.

Nice! Did you have to rewire and the whole kit?

Advance auto, can't remember, not a high dollar brand. I grounded the wires(black) then did a quick connect tap with the positive(red) wires with an inline fuse(included in the kit) into the DRL green wire(on with headlights). It came with a switch and 30 feet of wiring if you want an in cab switch. The leds draw such a small amount of current that I wasn't too worried about complicated wiring.

    The inside mounted.

I trimmed the stock blank fog piece that's in there to help hold it solid in place. You don't see it so I don't care how it looks inside, it works ;)
