Yes & No....we got 2 RB's today but neither are 5 star rated backs. We still have Mike Davis that played some as a Freshman this past season. Rivals ranked him as the 10th best RB in the country coming out of high school but I haven't really seen it yet. He's got a long ways to go to fill Lattimores shoes.

FWIW... I realize that this is the high point in Alabama football history. It's amazing what Saban has done and continues to do, but it can't be sustained forever.

My point is that I'm not REALLY one of THOSE fans. I'm just messing around.

But still... Holy Shit our team is going to be good next year.

I don't put a ton of stock in signing day, but there's no football, and, for a day, you can sit there and say "Wow, we should be great with this class comin in". Since there's no football, it's a good way to spend a day at least thinkin about football. A lot of times it's the not-so-touted recruits that end up surprising us the most anyway, and they don't get any hype on signing day.

I've always liked his character. Not always his coaching style, but always his character.

Alabama confirmed in a press release today that offensive line coach Jeff Stoutland is leaving Tuscaloosa for a position with the Philadelphia Eagles.
While the release didn’t explicitly state it, it’s expected that Stoutland will serve as Chip Kelly’s line coach.

Stoutland had been at Alabama for the past two years, coming to the Tide from Miami. In February of last year, Stoutland reportedly turned down an opportunity to join former Rutgers head coach Greg Schiano’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers staff.

Practically stole this off a co-worker today. He sold it to me for next to nothing. His brother made it on a machine from his work. I don't know what the machine is called but I've seen them before and they are bad ass. It's a laser cut piece of steel that is about 1/8" thick. Question is should I paint it or not? Probably gonna hang it in my garage, don't really have a better place to put it.
