I got my 4x4 TRD O/R for $200 more. I'd say not a good deal.

Hey Lost1700 - I would say its not terrible, but you could probably drag them down a little bit.

I got a 4x4 SR5 double cab, towing package, alloys, and a bunch of other options for 28.5. I'd put a few dealers into competition on similar trucks and see where it gets you.

MSRP difference between 4x4 and 4x2 is $3,075.00, are you saying I should get the truck for $24,720? Seems awfully low.

I think I may have misread your post. I thought you were saying you were going to get the truck for $31k. After re-reading it looks like you'd get it for $28.5k. Is that correct? If so, then I'd say that's not a bad price.

I pulled this thread up (didnt know about it till I was there) and used this + knowing the cost, to determine when I walked

    $31,500

They offered me $1,500 for my Audi as a trade-in. I know its older, I know it has a lot of miles, but no thanks. I will sell it privately and see more than that!

Here is a crappy pic took at the dealer on my iPhone 5.

Im about to go to negotiate on a '13 Double Cab V6 6Speed TRD OR MGM tomorrow...(which no one in the tri-state have, so its being order not sure how much would it affect negotiating the price)
i found that the invoice is around $30,100(trucar.com) and its MSRP is $31,695(build it on toyota.com)
I have really good credit, all 3 scores are mid to high 700s, im in NJ and my tax here is 7%, dealer doc its about 299 and DMV fees for a truck are about $150

I have 16500 for down and want my payments @$285 or lower... So basically im trying to get it for $33,600 out of the door and leaving it up to dealer to come up with that number either by working on the price, on the interest rate or both...

what do you guys think? possible? Im way low ball? or I can do better?

    Thanks in advance
