I switched my deposit from the sr5 to the trd sport version of the double cab long bed 4x4. Before TTL it's 28,210. 20,890 for my trade. Taxed on the difference is 527 plus some usual fees for drive out tags. 2.35% financing. I think I did all right seeing as the difference between the price they gave me for the sr5 was 600 less than the trd sport. Any comments/suggestions. They said truck arrives in a few weeks.

I just bought the same Tacoma. I recommend you get a Costco membership and go through their buyer's program. With Costco, they offered $850 below invoice to start. I was able to get a little more off to $29k.

If you are financing look at PenFed.com - 1.49% on a 5 year. If you are not military they will allow you to make a $20 donation to a military charity to get the deal.

    Good luck.

2013 DC V6 TSS PreRunner w/ convenience pkg. and a few other small options, tint, tow pkg. Sticker was $29,989, I paid $26,798.25 out the door, taxes included. I paid $28,000 flat for the truck, so $11 short of $2000 off sticker, which from my research was roughly dealer invoice. On top of this discount, I got $1500 in Toyota rebates, of which $1000 was from GST (Gulf States Toyota), and $500 was from Toyota as a Tacoma rebate, then I got a $1000 college grad rebate, which pisses me off that it was more than a military rebate and secondly, could not be combined, and then last but not least I got a $500 USAA rebate. All told I had $3000 in rebates and $2000 off sticker, =$5000 off. Not too shabby at all in my opinion. Oh yeah, to get the Toyota rebates I had to finance through Toyota. I got 1.99% for 72 months. That's all I have to say about that!

Traded in my 2006 Dodge Mega-Cab 4x4, w/ the CTD...they offered me $25K. I paid dealer invoice using Costco membership. It was silly easy. Got 2% financing with TFS. Uber happy with the truck and the great deal I got...so happy in fact that I went back the next day, traded in my wife's 2008 Rav4 Limited and leased a 2013 Toyota Venza AWD Limited...we got the same great dealer invoice deal. At the end of the day, I am paying $150 per/mo less than I have been for the past 4 years, all my maintenance is included for the next three years, and we are driving brand new vehicles with all time low interest rates.
