Thanks! Just read your tow package thread. Sry to hear you have to wait a bit longer, but glad you'll get the setup you want after all. That's a big eff up on the dealer's part.

They gave me a great trade in price which brought my Taco down to a reasonable price somewhere around 20ish. I'm happy guys.

2013 Limited 4x4 Double Cab with Limitd Package, Entune, Tow Package, Automatic, V6, Short Bed, BB&T Finance.
MSRP: $36,485 (without Warrenty and LowJack)
Out the Door: $30,499 After all taxes, fees, tag transfer, plat warranty ($1,420), LowJack ($500) and everything. (This includes my 2011 value after they paid off my loan)

    Story behind the purchase:
I had a 2011 Taco 4x4 TRD Double Cab and was getting my 17,000 mile service and walked into the waiting room and started to look at the new 2013 Limited version they had. Someone walked up and said do you like the Tacoma? I said I have a 2011 in service right now. They said do you want to trade for this 2013? I said only if I don’t have to pay any more than I currently do on my 2011 and $0 down and I get the same service that I have on my 2011 (Apples to Apples) (I have the 7 Year Platinum Bumper to Bumper with $0 deduct on my 2011). They said let me go crunch some numbers. After them coming back to me 4 different times with higher numbers than what I currently pay ($500 a month 2.69%) I said no thanks. When my 2011 got finished with the service I was walking to pick it up and the sales rep said we can get it down to $508 a month 1.69%.... I was thinking and said for $8 extra a month, I will take it. So basically for $8 extra a month I got a 2013 Limited with a new 2 years of free service, LowJack, and a new 7 Year Platinum bumper to bumper warranty with $0 deduct.

    New/1st Time Tacoma owner!

I got mine with the, JBL Nav-etune package, TRD Sport, Tow package, Automatic 5-speed, 4x4 for 34K TTL!! It was about 300 or so close to Invoice. Not sure if its a great deal but Its definitely not the worse package deal here in South Georgia.

I don't see any of you guys saying WHEN you bought your vehicle and WHERE, that plays a huge role in your buying price... it'd really be helpful to know those little tid bits of information along with the normal specs for us guys just taking a peek at this thread :spy:

Date of Purchase: June of 2012
    Price: $9,500
Specs: Completely Stock 99' Xtra Cab Tacoma TRD-SR5 v6
Location: Woodburn, Oregon (just 30 miles or so south of Portland)

Posted in the 2nd Gen. Tacoma section with the title "2013 Pricing - what did you pay?" Not to mention several pages talking about only 2013 2nd gens lol.

    Location would be nice though.

Paid 34k before tax and tags for a 4x4 2013 double cab. Has sport and tow packages, nav and entune, floor mats, etc. I also had them throw in leather install and sunroof. After tax and tags was around 37k. Essentially I got the car for a few hundred under the sticker price including the leather, seat heater and sunroof installs.

They gave me 3k more on my trade than ford would (2011 Ford Fiesta hatchback) -

I was pretty happy when I left the dealer - but some of you got much better deals than I did!

Just got a quote (first offer from them, no haggling yet) of $29,852.72 + taxes/DMV.

For a 2013 DCLB 4x4 SR5. (No TRD sport, I don't want it) with tow package. All weather mats,. Alloy wheels. No etune/nav.

    They're saying $31,291 MSRP.

Obviously this is high, as its their first offer.

Any ideas what I should offer? I have no desire to haggle. I want give them a reasonable offer, and walk out if they don't take it.

I'm planning on Toyota financing, and can put $8-10,000 down if needed.

I have an 05 Prerunner now, but don't feel like getting raped on trade in, so am planning to try and sell locally.
