2013 Pricing - What did you pay?

Got my truck today.

2013 DCLB, 4x4, sr5, tow, alloy, sill protect and mats.

32,500 OTD.

Sticker was 31,905.

Truck price ended up being 27,xxx. I don't remember.

Looking at getting a 2013 dblcab, prerunner, trd sport, tow package, tint for $27.3K + ttl. Sound about right? Could / should i be doing better?

Wondering what the chances of getting them down to around 31K ?? Is that unreasonable ?

 

'13 DWDC off road, tow package and the stealership tossed in weather tech mats and a roof rack. $30,200 OTD + tax on only 13K of it as I had a trade.

EXCELLENT THREAD!!!!! I am going to the dealer tomorrow to look at a 2013 DOUBLE CAB 4X4 ( 6 speed manual )with the TRD Sport Extra Value Package for $32,513. THere is no way I am paying this much. Consumer reports printed me a report stating that I should pay no more $30,500. What would be a good asking price before my trade in ( i might trade in my 2011 Honda Fit). I have excellent credit. The good thing is I don't need a truck at this time. However, if everything works out, than it would be nice to be driving in a truck again.....especially a Toyota Tacoma. THanks!!!

He gave me invoice sheet showing Dealer invoice at 32,002.68. This price is before heated leather.

He has offered a full tank of gas as well instead of standard 6 gallons.

Should I just walk away or does this sound good??????? Keep in mind I was quoted about 2,500 more at my local dealer and 1,000 more at a dealer near Atlanta GA about 100 miles away.

 

I guess times have changed... In 05 when I bought my 06 Base Ext. Cab 4X4 2.7 L I paid 19,500 OTD here in Maine. Then I sold the wheels/tires/suspension and bought aftermarket... and had it setup like a TRD for less than 21k. Looking at purchasing a 2014 V6 this fall, but if these are the prices they are getting I will run mine into the ground.

w/ gap insurance and Express five ( free key replacement, glass repair/ replacement, tire and wheel repair/replacement, paintless dent repair, and roadside assistance for five years)

Sticker price was $31,xxx so I think I got a good deal. I wanted 4x4 but that put it over my price limit, which was $30k and I was obviusly over that already.

 

2013 double cab, short bed V6 AT SR5 package with towing. $26,900 out the door.
