I know my Santa is a wood worker, so he is busy crafting a custom cigar humidor (wink, wink)

 

Cigars are bad for you!

Cigarettes are a safe alternative though, because they're smaller.

I'm pissed. I had a Cuban I bought in the Caymans that I snuck back in my luggage. It was in a tube but it dried out. I can't rehydrate it, can I?

 

BenBacher is sending a new gift to his SS because the first one was stolen!

 

I'm no expert, but when it dries it loses flavor, you can put it back in a humidor but you're not going to get back the lost flavor. That being said, I can't imagine it would be dried out that quick.

I've received mine! Sorry I was sequestered in the other part of the city so I couldn't pick it up till yesterday!

I'm slightly curious if my Recipient has received his other present yet though? I sent two. One via Amazon and one via SnailMail.

As for the 2013 Secret Santa, I stated in the PM that I sent my gift and they received it. I, however, have not received anything from anyone. AND THATS OKAY! Really it is.

I signed up for fun, and did have a lot of fun with the anticipation, stalking, etc… But, honestly I really don't need anything. If my SS did send something, then I am sorry, but I did not receive anything nor should you have to spend anything else.

As stated in the PM, If the investigation warrants me a new SS then I will have to decline. Let them save their money.

 

Fair is fair though and we have plenty of people willing to help

 

Just throwing this out there incase anyone else didn't/ I know I was assigned a new SS but I never got anything from my old on or new one.

My SS pm'd me the other day stating my gift was in his truck the other day. Then responded today (after i was messaged wanting to know if my ss had sent anything yet) saying he created the label to ship it and I should check ups to get the tracking number. Nothing showing up on UPS. Maybe it will show on UPS tomorrow.

 

I think that's a good sign...maybe.

This is the original SS The second one whoever it is has never contacted or said a thing. Like I told Alex I don't really care about getting a gift It was fun hearing old man winters reaction to his gift and seeing everyone get stuff they needed. Just feel like the guys that got their gift and then didn't follow through on sending theirs need to be taken off the list for any future thing like secret santa or banned regardless of their status on here.
