    I hear ya man! My neighbor has been riding his motorcycle and thats a bad sign for CO in January. I seriously dreamed about driving up Hells gate and woke up heart pounding...Too much TW and Moab thread for me!

    i'm :( about my bike situation...

    leaking bad from multiple spots right now...didn't even winterize it this year because i know the whole engine has to be torn down before riding again...

    not looking forward to that project

    but the good news is that it's the perfect time of year to do a tear down. At least it didn't start leakin bad on the first run of the season, or did it?

    last season started with a teardown of the upper motor to replace a gasket...now it's leaking further down...FML

    plus i am having a common ground failure so i have a lot of wire tracing to do as well

    I haven't winterized either, it just hasn't been cold or snowy for long enough to make me feel like its necessary. I have gone out and started the bikes up a couple times and may actually ride a couple miles today, put in some stabilizer, top off the tank and put her back on the tender. I do need to get an oil change in though. Only problem with mine is that the rubber nuts that hold on the fairings are ripped so I don't want to take them off to do the change.

    :jellydance: How many Taco owners do you think would go back and get an FJ for wheeling instead? Any thoughts on which is a better platform to start with? The FJ seems to have a better wheelbase length and entry/exit angles, but I have never been in an FJ or taken a really close look at one to know what is better.
