    Should we aim to make the reservation later in the week so possibly more people could be there or are the sites booked up for the rest of the week?

    I dont know about initial cost to reserve the camp, but it does cost 30 for the overnight stay in the park, digitaurus might be able to chime in on this one. I will check into it more later today.

    so far the 30th and the 31st both have two spots open on potato bottom as well as tues the 28th. I personally would like to do the overnighter earlier in the week to allow more time to do the all the day trails and campfires when the rest of the folks show up later in the week.

    One thing about the white rim too, is that even if we end up with more than 6 rigs wanting to do it, we could just park the extra rigs at the front of the trail and pile everyone into 6 rigs. There isn't really anything challenging about whiterim, it's just an amazingly scenic and long trail:D That way we can squeeze more people into the campfire BSing at night without exceeding the rig limit.

    I did that last year since the group I went with already had 3 rigs in it.

    I'm really interested in doing Rose Garden Hill this year, but we should probably recheck the ratings for that trail on the first page. Apparently, it's gotten a lot harder and is now a 7 at the easiest according to traildamage.com.

    It's been a little while since I've done Rose Garden Hill but it is an easy trail except for the one obstacle (Rose Garden Hill itself) which can definitely be a challenge.

    Yeah, I thought it'd be a fun day to run rose garden hill and onion creek together. Although there really is only one major obstacle, I've heard the scenery is pretty good, no?
