2013 Tacoma 4.0 4x4 New sound when I turn steering wheel all the way right or left.

2 weeks ago the dealership changed my left front axle and wheel bearing. 2 days ago I changed my serpentine belt and today I changed my brakes. After bleeding the calipers I cranked the Yota up to take a drive to check out the brakes. Before I started backing up I heard the new sound. It is making the sound while sitting still and turning the wheel all the way left or right. Takes about 10 seconds after cranking the truck up for it to start making the sound. After returning from the drive the sound is still there. I searched all over Tacoma world and have greased my steering stops and checked my idler and tensioner pulleys. Sound is still there and not sure where to look next. Thank you for any input.

 

Could that be coming from the power steering pump?

 

That was my first thought but not sure. I am going to use the garden hose trick to check it that out in the morning.
