2013 tacoma 4x4

hello i have a 2013 tacoma 4x4. i bought brand new. i just changed the front and rear shocks. my truck rides smooth again, but now i hear squeaking noises when i drive. i am clueless on what could it be. any ideas on what i need to fix? thanks

 

I assume you mean front struts? I can't imagine a '13 needing that yet?

 

yes the struts. i did need shocks and struts. i do a lot of driving. i will admit i am hard on my truck. i use the 4x4 when i can. when i went to do an alignment i was told my shocks were out. when me and my cousin removed them they were indeed out. so we change them, but the truck is making squeaking noises when i drive and its annoying
